The whole experience was odd with the new COVID guidelines, but my closer (unfortunately I forget her name) was friendly. Unfortunately there was a hiccup where I had to return to their location after already leaving, although I think the error was more on the lender side then theirs.
They were very slow, we got our final closing disclosure at eleven the night before closing and I’m certain it was no fault of our Lender. They also really didn’t know how to handle curbside closing with social distancing. Closing took 3 hours because they were unprepared.
