Everyone was very friendly. My concern is that there was documents that English had said they requested from my mortgage company that they didn't receive. My realtor contacted me the day before to let me know this information after she was finally able to get a response from English on what the hold up was. The day before our scheduled closing I had to call my mortgage company, sit on hold for 45 minutes during my work day to have a document immediately emailed to me so that our closing wouldn't get postponed yet again. When I told them that English had requested the document several times they had no indication in my account that the documents were ever requested. So either they were not requested or the request were being sent to the wrong place. Had English called me or notified my realtor the week prior it could have saved a lot of headache, and unnecessary last minute stress that almost jeopardized our closing.
