Security Title was very good and always had somebody available on the phone to answer our questions. The only tiny issue came from the notary they sent us. Very good service overall.

Security title is very slow to respond. They do not consider their customers. I had to cancel an escrow I had with them and it took them 5 days to respond to my email, not even an update. It has been over 2 months and I still have not received my refund for them. They blamed the company I had the account for but I emailed them and sent them exactly what they needed in order to get my money back. Nothing still. For the escrow account I had for the home I just purchased they were not great on that either. I had to call them a few times and each time the person on the phone was very unconcerned with my question and answered it like I was stupid for asking it. They once advised me they would call me back on the day my house recorded I did not hear anything from them. Also I was looking on the county recorders website to see if my house had been recorded and it had at 8:15 am they did not reach out to my realtor until 10:30-11:00 am which is a long time when your sitting in front of the house with a rented Uhaul waiting to move in. I will never use them again. They are a deal breaker for me in the future. Awful customer service.
