Out of the many closing transactions I've been a part in California, Oregon, and Missouri of, this was by far the worst. KimberLee is an ineffective communicator, rude, and didn't bother to follow-up with me on the status of my transaction or to tell me that she wouldn't be at my signing. Needless to say, there are too many options for title services to settle for bad service- I will not be working with the Salem, Oregon branch of Fidelity National Title again.
