My loan officer Lauren was very friendly and courteous. That being said there was a miscommunication between the title company and loan company that required me to resign some papers. In addition, the person sent to facilitate the additional signatures did not show at the location specified. Because of this another person had to be sent to my home later in the evening after I got home from traveling. All in all though the people with First American Title were very friendly and did what needed to be done to make sure the home closed on time.
