This transaction was 14 days late. They NOT once reached out to me to inform me of what was going on. They did not care about their fiduciary responsibility to me as the seller. For example, The other lender required me to sign documents - one called the VA escape clause and NOT one single communication on the ramifications of me signing that particular document and there were others. I was just send a DocuSign and expected to be able to read and understand how it might impact this deal- and this was already days after the close was suppose to happen. The buyer's relator actually sent me an directive email on what documents she needed from my institution . Have you ever heard of such a thing? Who was representing me? I sent Nanette Williams an email expressing my disappointment and asking when are we closing- this was over a week after we were suppose to close... Her response was priceless... ' I think there has been a misunderstanding.. call my office to discuss"... Are you kidding me? I am too busy doing your job... Absolutely the worst transaction I have done. This was my 15th transaction with Refin since 2016.
