The communication was via email most of the time as we were on strict guidelines during the pandemic. This was not our first rodeo with documentation signing as we were saying goodbye to our first home. On the day of signing, what was supposed to be an exciting day started off with a bit of a run around as we approach the door of the suite, a woman after telling her that we were there for signing made use walk all the way around the back of the building only to end up back at her suite in the conference room next to her office. She never properly greeted or introduce herself but her face is still stuck in my head as a bad experience. This was quite disturbing as we saw several others for the same purpose come to the same initial door and were let in, but we had to go through the back. Thank goodness Ms. Monique was cheerful, helpful, and inviting because our day would have been ruined.
