Closing process was well done; however there was confusion on the payoff process which should have been handled prior to settlement and then there were delays to receiving the home sale proceeds due to errors made by the closing company. The company handled the closing activities well up to the day of settlement, and the Qualia site was very convenient and helpful to follow along with the settlement process.
