Millennium was the preferred title company of the seller, which is why we used them when purchasing our home. However, we regretted this decision almost immediately. It took more than a week for Millennium to deposit our earnest money deposit, and they were incredibly unresponsive to our emails and phone calls. Even our agent, the seller’s agent, and our lender tried contacting Millennium to no avail. They finally submitted the necessary paperwork to our lender, which allowed us to close on time. The ONLY reason we went with Millennium was because our seller preferred it and it saved some money, but the savings were not worth the stress that Millennium caused us while we were closing on our house. Additionally, the owner Mark showed up nearly 30 minutes late to our closing, which was exemplary of Millennium’s unprofessional business practices. I would NOT recommend using Millennium under any circumstances unless you prefer dealing with an unresponsive and unprofessional company.
