We had a generally good experience working with Universal Title, but we had requested a mail-in package to avoid coming into the office for settlement. That request was never fully addressed and we were expected to come to the office for closing without having the option that we requested. We understood that our closing was fairly quick and had some bumps along the road, but we would have appreciated a little more communication about this as we were unsure what to do leading up to settlement date and whether or not we had to make the 2+ hour drive to go to the office in person. However, our agents were easy to contact and responsive on other items.
