We were told that our settlement was on December 27th at a certain time in the gainesville office. We get there and they tell us we are suppose to be at the warrenton office. I call our agent and she comes and we find out that we were suppose to actually close the following day. Both parties went through all emails and everything to us said we were closing the 27th the day we showed up. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because they man we signed with (even though he worked at gainesville office) was very informative and talked us completely through the process
