The seller requested that we use this title company, and paid for our buyer's title insurance policy. Otherwise we likely would have gone with a different company. I found that they were very reactive and it was difficult to get in touch with the right people. They did not alert me until the afternoon before closing that they were missing a lien certificate from the county, and as a result had to delay our settlement appointment. The communication around this issue was very confusing and we had to follow up multiple times to figure out when settlement could be rescheduled. I will say that when I was actually bale to reach people from the company on the phone, they were very nice and accommodating.
