They made many mistakes in preparing the title including putting an amount in credit instead of debit. If not for the realtor catching it, we would have ended up paying them instead of receiving the money.. Totally it took us 3 hours to complete signing.

They were competent and flexible.

No I would never recommend Strategic Title. I had to constantly follow up with them, and they constantly ignored us. Unfortunately, Len Harrington was involved in my transaction and he was rude and unprofessional over email. Strategic Title inquired about the home's title and then added the fees to my closing costs at one point. That's what title insurance is for. Shouldn't they know that being a title company? Amongst other issues, NO, I would never recommend Strategic National Title Group.

They never responded to any of my questions before closing. But my closer was very kind and customer focused on the day of closing.

They were friendly but the timelines of the wire transfer was very close to me not getting my home. Understand the times especially during COVID.

I didn't have any problems. Smooth closing, and they worked around my schedule. Everything up until the signing was done online. I chose to go in to sign the closing documents.

We set up our deal in the heat of the NoVa selling season, and added some unique elements to the closing, so we expected some hiccups. The staff attempted to work at a level of excellence, but struggled. In the end, they did get the job done and all was completed very well - just a bit stressful in the middle.

They made the process much easier than I thought it would be!

Melissa was extremely courteous, professional, and responsive. We were closing in less than 30 days and she made sure all the paperwork pieces were in order. Debbie was friendly, professional, and very detailed at our closing. She made sure we understood everything we were signing. We would definitely use Strategic National Title Group again.

I only chose to use Strategic as a concession to the seller because there was another offer and I wanted the house. I had already chosen another well vetted title company Put it this way, I will never allow that to happen as a concession again if it is a company no one on my team has dealt with in the past. Slow to communicate on basic things such as providing a simple e-mail response in a timely manner rather than half a day later. Also make sure your title company and lender are communicating to be able to stay ahead of the new CFPB regulations that require you to see the closing disclosure 3 days in advance.

No complaints what so ever! In and out, just the way I like it.

Smooth as can be. In and out in under 30 minutes. That's the best part of selling.
