Village settlements did an excellent job of making the closing on my property as painless as possible, ranging from being able to provide a preliminary copy of my HUD-1 form for my employer's review to having me in and out in about 20 minutes at the time of closing. After closing, there was a small issue regarding the wiring of my funds to my bank account (on the bank's side, not Village settlements), and they were extremely quick to resolve the issue after providing the updated wiring instructions. Compared to my experience with NVR Settlements in 2013 (NEVER use them, by far the worst experience I've had with a company to date), the difference was night and day. I would easily go with Village Settlements again in the future.
