This property in Vienna was a zoo at the open house and the following Monday morning when we visited for a second look there were two pre-offer inspection going on at the same time. My clients and I wrote a strong offer, but the competition was stiff. We had a house to sell and also included an inspection contingency. According to the listing agent there were 3 offers that had Escalations as high as $300K over the asking price with no contingencies. Can't say I am sad we didn't win =)…
