East Central Ogden Redfin Agent
Jeffrey went out with AA Jeanette to look at 923 E Binford. I text him that I would reach out to him at 8 pm to follow up. Jeanette text me he wanted to make an offer, I called her why she was still with him and let him know I would call at 8. I was unable to get a hold of his lender for the pre-approval letter. I did ask him if he wanted me to submit the offer and give the seller until Monday at 5 pm to respond, in case I could not get a hold of the lender until Monday. Jeffrey said that would be fine. I spoke with the sellers agent and they were happy with that. I spoke with the seller's agent Sunday as well once I sent over the approval notice, after reaching the lender. The lender told me as an FYI she does not work weekends as she pus in 70 hours a week Mon-Fri, so she would do this as a 1 time thing on a weekend. Monday at 3:45 I reached out to the listing agent asking if he needed anything else from me or had any questions. Jeffrey had text me around that time as well, so I let him know I had reached out. The listing agent let me know they did get multiple offers and went with another one, but they were keeping ours as a backup offer. I called Jeffrey to let him know, he was irate. Said he offered full price if that wasn't good enough he doesn't want to be a backup offer. I tried to empathize and let him know I'd be happy to get back out and look at more homes, we could go over ways to make stronger offer. He then told me he did not want to work with me. Jeffrey text me today 4/1/25 was I going to send over a release. I let him know he could send me an email and per the BBA he just has to give us written notice. As soon as I got it I would send it to my broker.…
