It was not possible for me get a purchase loan without Rhonda, given my situation of paying alimoney for longer than 10 months. After a web search, I found her website which is the only lender able to provide a FHA loan with the alimoney as the income deduction rather than debt. Amazingly she is located in WA and can only serve WA loans ... She is also very good in other aspects in the closing process. For example, she was able to meet the original closing date which is 3 weeks after I decided to use her service. In another occasion where she had to send me the documents to sign, she had her husband personally delivered the docs to where I work so that it can avoid me a trip to her office which is about 40 minutes of driving.

Rhonda was fantastic. She answered all of our emails or phone calls very quickly--usually within minutes, always within an hour (even on weekends, evenings, holidays)! In addition to being highly responsive, she our paperwork processed very quickly and always answered our questions clearly. We couldn't ask for more!
