Great is how it was- fast and easy and stressless.

Multiple people requesting documents/ sometimes documents that had been sent. It?s been 35 years since we bought a house, so the process was very confusing for 72 year old retirees.

Arnell was there for us when we needed him. He was reliable and he cared about helping us understand the process. He was incredible to work with through the entire process! He was someone who was invested in his craft and doing right by people!

Redfin Mortgage made it very easy to apply and work through the entire process of obtaining the mortgage for my new home.

Smooth process, digitally enabled and hassle free

Arnell was great to work with throughout the loan process while purchasing our property. He was always available for questions, efficient in dealing with the loan process and made us feel like we were his only customer when talking about our loan. He oversaw the complete process with no issues and we had a very easy and problem free close.

As a first-time home buyer, I had a wonderful experience with Team Brady of Redfin Mortgage. Right from start to finish, Team Brady was with me at every step, and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know!

My closing was challenging, and did not complete on time, because the appraisal vendor that Redfin mortgage used did not provide the appraisal until 2 days before closing, leaving us all in a difficult position. And I was kept in the dark regarding this delay up until the day before closing when I was told we cannot close on time. Appraisal was done early, but the appraiser's license expired which prevented him from submitting the appraisal. I think Redfin Mortgage should have done more to resolve this soon enough (maybe engage another appraiser or something), or at least keep me informed. This gave us a lot of stress with what should have been an otherwise easy move. Arnell made sure Redfin mortgage gave a $1000 lender's credit for not meeting the closing date, but that is nothing compared to the tension I had to go through. I have done at least 2 home mortgage closings before this, and both of them were so smooth, but this one was a difficult one.

Arnell went above and beyond to secure our business and offered us an unbeatable deal on financing. Throughout the process, he was consistently patient, helpful and kind. He always responded to calls, texts, and emails promptly, answering all of our questions. He took us seriously when we said we wanted to close in less than 30 days and moved heaven and earth to ensure it happened, mobilizing his entire team to expedite the underwriting process. We also appreciated that he called after we closed on our home to congratulate us - it made us feel like friends more than clients. And, of course, we remembered him with a smile when we received a credit check from Redin in the mail, about a month after we closed. Arnell has our highest recommendation.

I cannot imagine a better experience with a lender than the one I had with Arnell. He was extremely knowledgeable and ready to share his wealth of experience, even if I didn't decide to use Redfin as my lender. I had full confidence that Arnell had my best interest in mind and was able to rest easy knowing I made an informed choice.
