Lidia had the same flavor as my agent. She and the entire Bay staff made you feel like part of the Bay Equity family. My agent connected us to people he knew would treat us right, and Lidia took care of us. Beside being confused about the amount we had to put down that didn't match the amount the we were quoted in the beginning, everything was great Lidia explained it to me ad helped me get a free extension, which we needed because of delays on the sellers side.

From the first day I spoke with Lidia on the phone I received the most professional and direct communication. As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what every step of the way were going to look like but Lidia made sure I understood the process. Sure I was nervous and anxious about getting every single one of my questions answered and Lidia made sure she answered all of them. Lidia made my dream come true and my family and I are sooo thankful and blessed she was there to make this possible.

Going through the whole process was very stressful. But it was worth the wait. I like to thanks Bay Equity Loan for approving me. But I also think, when a bank is loaning you so many thousands of dollars, they will make you work for it. They will not just, give you the loan, like 1,2,3 . And you are done. Lol. Faxing so many papers, that was a headache. Like I said before, it was worth the wait! Thank You, Bay Equity Loan!

As a disabled veteran, I had a lot of anxiety about buying a home but Lidia and her team worked tirelessly to collect all my necessary paperwork. She was alway available to answer questions or explain, even the smallest details, of anything I didn?t understand. Lidia always made me feel as if I was a priority, which made my whole loan process an enjoyable experience. It was like ?family? was taking care of my loan instead of a loan officer and I?m sooo appreciative to Lidia for that!!

One of her qualities that was truly evident, was her ability to follow up with me. This is especially important to me and my family, as we could not have achieved our condo purchase without her assistance throughout the entire process! Lidia provided exceptional service that I would rate 20 out of 10. Her industry-knowledge and organization/management throughout the process proved highly valuable. What i appreciated most was her flexibility. She provided frequent status updates and was ALWAYS AVAILABLE which was very instrumental in providing a sense of trust and calmness throughout the home-purchasing process. I look very very forward to working with Lidia once again and already have referrals I will send her way.

Silently introduced in a six thousand dollar (=200% increase) on origination costs surreptitiously in the documents, slipped that into the dozens of documents Ms. Felix told us to sign, and when later asked about it, refunded part of it, but a small part, and after a lot of work. Simply can't trust Ms. Felix, or her parent Bay Equity (owned by Redfin), and they work apparently under the presumption of "We merely have to disclose (in voluminous paperwork), and if we surprise you unpleasantly, that's your problem).
