Dean and his team did a great job with our fairly complicated mortgage. They were able to overcome all the obstacles that occurred during a long closing date.

The caliber of service was excellent throughout the process. Every step felt personalized. I had several questions during the process, and a few different ideas based on the changing markets, and everyone was patient and accommodating to the degree possible. I would refer Dean Hayes and his team to everyone I know and my conscience would be clear. Important to my recommendation is the following: I worked with three other mortgage brokers in the last several years. Two were solid B's and the only bad one was Rocket Mortgage. I wouldn't even think of recommending any of them to someone else. I only do that when I've had an excellent experience. My only negative comment, and this is very minor, was that despite the overall excellent communication I did have a sense that I needed to reach out more than I was contacted. Not a problem, exactly, but "perfect" would have included a bit more anticipation.
