The lack of communications on the overall process and randomization via email was very challenging. Even after a call with Jeff to discuss, we decided to move through with the refi, but communications did not improve. We had no idea what was happening when and never received a final email from the team to let us know that the refi was complete. All I received was a link to this survey. Overall, I would not recommend the service and support we received from Bay Equity, quite the opposite.
