Bay Equity's team Amar, Tyler, Neil were professional, answered all my questions, provided realistic scenario of the process, they work really fast for the closing - even though the acquisition process created delays but Bay corrected the mishaps. Only thing was that I didn't get any communication or information of interest rates and final mortgage payment during the underwriting process. I found all this out at closing. I already knew interest rates were high but would have like to received more communication.

The process moved a lot faster

Neil and his team are very knowledgeable, responsive, detailed and customer oriented. They will help walk you through all of your questions and in this particular market when multiple cost estimates are needed for making offers at all hours of the days on any day of the week they are willing to go the extra mile.
