Diane is extremely competent. I've financed several homes over the past two decades, but have never dealt with a loan officer who was so knowledgeable, finding just the right product for me and my situation. She was always accessible if I had questions, and responded very quickly. Diane is simply the best, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was instrumental in arranging my two closings on the same day - sale of one home, and purchase of another. She kept in touch with my agent and the title companies, and always kept me in the loop. Diane is hands down the best lending agent I have ever worked with. There were a couple of instances I tried shop around for quotes based on my friends referrals for other agents. It only showed how better it is working with Diane. For Woodlawn property, there was another agent who offered me lower interest rate. But, I would have still pursued Sail as Diane was great and helps out with all my questions and requests promptly.
