Communication, knowledge/experience

Rob went through the whole process explaining me each and every kind of cost involved in a home purchase. Me being a first time home buyer and zillion question I had, Rob on was patient enough to answer them (sometimes many times!) and was always reachable.

They want above and beyond to help us close our house in time before school started. They were very thorough and helpful.

The guideline was provided very well. All follow up was done timely and I was able to the loan without any difficulty at all.

This was the second time we financed with Guaranteed Rate and in 4 years we closed three loans with them. I made the mistake of going to an online lender who couldn't close and wasted my 45 days. I came to Rob 2 weeks after the mutual acceptance, I was so worried that I would lose the house I made an offer on. After explaining the tight schedule and complex refi and purchase loan process for two properties, he explained all the stages and how long they would take, went through my documentation where he and his team worked in an incredible way to close both loans in 3 weeks! He is my lending hero for life! There is no way I would go to another broker from now on, wherever Rob is I will be financing with that lender. Kudos to him and his team, thank you all very much!
