The only reason for a 9 is first tech is somewhat slower to respond compared to other lenders. Everything else was top notch. Trinh is very knowledgeable and really knows what he is doing. He knows what would work and what won't and he lays that out clearly to you, upfront. Unlike some other lenders that I encountered he was truthful with every single thing and the whole team worked to get it done accurately. Lastly there was no bizzare last minute asks like 'by the way please also provide A, B or C'. I understand every lender has some uniqueness to their process and requirements but first tech process was savy, reasonable and with the least amount of frustration. Whatever they needed, I knew well in advance and there were no ifs and buts. Thank you for making this a reality for us trinh and first tech team. Trinh was very detailed in his explanations throughout the process that helped us, first time buyers, a lot. We had a constraint to close on the home quickly, and Trinh worked with the underwriter, agents, and title company to see to it that it happened so. Very often I texted/mail/phoned Trinh when he was out of office, but he was super responsive and accommodating in all such times.

Trinh took over my loan application from another office who was absolutely horrible to work with, and I could see the difference right away. He responded to my emails on Sunday nights and always precise and clear answers to my queries.
