He carefully and patiently answered every single question and even offer extra advice that we didn't even know we needed. He also gave us the best rate out of three other options we looked into. He was also super responsive and polite. He helped us take care of so many little items without us even asking for it. We felt so secure throughout the process because we had Andy. I didn't deal with Serena specifically, I dealt with George and Jack. They both were great. I've dealt with lenders before who would ask me for the same paperwork over and over. I didn't have that issue at all here. I always felt George and Jack were on top of everything and I didn't have to worry. They were actually ready to fund early, about 2.5 weeks after we informed them that we were using them as a lender. I was thoroughly impressed seeing how it was a fairly large loan (30 yr fix) and I don't exactly make enough money to make it go smooth. I don't know if I got the best rate, but they gave me the best rate from the 7-8 lenders that I called (other direct lenders included). I highly recommend.
