NFM Lending did their job well. Their website for document uploads required enabling third party cookie tracking which lowers its security and privacy standard. Very important for a lending company to be top notch on those details. However, I forgive them since they’re not a technology company. Everyone I worked with there was straight to the point. Concise and trimmed right to the core of an answer with no added fat. I liked that I got the answers to my questions but I would also have liked to be educated about the why details. A lot to ask for a busy company I’m sure. Anyway- NFM took care of me and they would take care of you too.

Great customer service! The whole team was attentive and they took their time to carefully walk us through the process of buying our first home. We are very pleased with NFM and would recommend them to family and friends.

Where to start?! Kevin and Heidi were the absolute BEST! As first time home buyers, we had so many questions and fears of making the wrong decisions. I am so grateful to have been recommended LendUS and to have received such amazing customer service. My husband still comments on how impressed he was with Kevin and how impressive his service is. From start to finish, he was thorough, answered every single question and was really just kind throughout. Kevin made sure we were up to date every step of the way, he asked what our goals were, did all the work for us and assured we would receive exactly what we wanted. Trust me, I know its scary and in this market, even worse... but believe me when I say that if you're a first time buyer, Kevin is the perfect pick. I have to say that Heidi Alvarado was also professional, fast and friendly. Heidi put in so much effort into accommodating us and was in constant communication with me. Kevin was able to beat their rates and given he service he provided, I would pick him again even if he hadn't. Overall, choosing LendUS was the BEST decision!
