ave was fantastic and crucial in our ability to get our new home. Our home had multiple offers so it was a stressful situation already, and people were doing substantial cash bids and so having a personable lender was essential in having our bid be highly considered. He helped us over multiple different homes until we landed one. Once we were in escrow, Dave and his team immediately set to work and was in constant contact with all parties and was on top of every little thing. We ended up finalizing things pretty early on even though we had a somewhat complicated financial situation. Dave also got us the lowest rate around. I would absolutely use him again in the future!
