I am a first time home buyer, which of course made much of the house buying process fairly intimidating. Chris and his team were very professional and answered every question I had in an extremely timely fashion, including after hours when needed. In addition, I decided to take on a renovation project, which added extra complexity to the process. I decided to go with a FHA 203K loan. Again, Chris and his team addressed all my questions and went out of their way to find the additional information that was necessary to finalize this specialized loan process. Chris and his team not only worked on my final purchase, but also worked with me through a few earlier bids that did not end up winning. Through it all the team was very professional and understanding. Overall, I would strongly recommend working with Chris and his team as first time home buyer.

Chris took the time to personally speak with us on multiple occasions and answer our questions about the whole lending process. We started out speaking to multiple lenders, but Chris's willingness to take the time to explain things to us, as first time homebuyers, sold us on him. Even when the addresses changed on the offers, we kept Chris as a constant. At times, things got confusing when we were in the contingency period and trying to get all the documentation required, but that's just the joy of buying a home I suppose!

Chris was fabulous to work with! He is extremely meticulous, professional, and very easy to get in touch with. He helped us shop for loan products twice, both in DC and MD. He never made us feel pressured to move on something and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right program for our situation. We also looked at our credit union but they were the opposite of first home mortgage. We closed on-time, under budget, with no stress.
