I suspect Eric is part superhero. He wrote a great lender letter for our offer, kept me on track as a first time home buyer with all the needed documents, and closed in an obscenely short amount of time. I'm in awe of how fast he and his team moved. Plus, he got us a rate significantly lower than the other 3 lenders I contacted. You can do your research, but Eric is going to end up your best lender and house buying teammate by far.

Eric was a great resource for us throughout the mortgage application process. We did a very complicated FHA 203(k) renovation loan that required a lot of extra paperwork and had almost everything that could go wrong, go wrong. Eric was on top of all the issues and got them solved in a timely manner and advocated on my behalf with both listing agents and the bank. He also kept me in the loop at all times regarding each step of the process and what he needed from me in order to proceed.
