Patrick was great in terms of his responsiveness to issues that came up and his ability to find a solution. Our financing was somewhat complex as we essentially refinanced very late in the process to get a lower rate which put some pressure on the schedule. However, Patrick handled everything very well. The loan processing side of the experience was less positive but they ended up getting the job done; however, we thought it was made more stressful than it needed to be.
