Zack worked with my family and I every step of the way and provided excellent service

I think there were 3 issues that led to my rating. 1st one is around the RSU calculation leading up to potentially offering on Galveston. The initial calculation before submitting to underwriting was more than $100k higher which made me perceive I could buy more than I actually could. We rectified this issue after Galveston, but it felt like we should have had a better idea beforehand. 2nd - 7/6 ARM felt pushed over conventional, especially when conventional allowed me to qualifying for more. I would recommend Zack to better understand client's needs before recommending one over the other. Especially in my case, I wasn't able to find something in my original price range and needed to stretch the $ a bit further. 3rd the snafu at the end around missing closing costs (Redfin commission) on the closing disclosures. I'll take partial blame for not catching it during review and Zack called to apologize but overall the office felt disorganized which led to these issues.
