Most of my interactions were through my realtor and lending agent. Chicago Title provided a thorough service with the escrow and title. With a few last minute changes, they were able to get a notary appointment during a weekend evening for signing. I appreciate all the help they have done helping us close the deal on our new home. There were moments when I was unable to reach out to my escrow officer. I'm sure they are working hard, but I wish they respond to the voicemails.

Chicago title company helped us with a fast and efficient closure of the escrow. Mary, our escrow agent, was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were 2 issues that I would have liked to avoid with them: 1. We had to use mobile notary since we asked someone else to sign on the closing documents on our behalf. The charges for mobile notary was very high and moreover we were not made aware of those charges beforehand. 2. When the mobile notary did get the signature, there was a mistake in getting the signatures. I would expect the notary to be more proficient with this process and have a flawless transaction. This caused a bit of anxiety and should have been avoided. Overall, I would recommend using Chicago Title Company.
