Some discrepancy issue with the final closing amount led to an additional $595, that probably should have always been there but it left an uncomfortable experience. Also, point of contact at First American Title left for vacation or was out of office for a few weeks without telling me, which overlapped with my closing date. I had to talk to another person at First American Title. Would have been nice to notify me and have a proper transfer.
