We used Total Title to purchase and sell the same home. Our experience was wonderful. Very quick to respond and professional. Only issue we had is when we purchased our home in 2017, Total Title did not make us aware of 2 abandoned permits from the previous owners which came back to haunt us when it came time to sell the home in 2019. Ended up costing us time and $200 to fix an issue that was never ours to begin with. I was told title companies only just started checking for these abandoned permits in 2018 which is why it wasn't caught earlier. That being said, I would still recommend Total Title. Very pleased overall.
