Process was smooth and efficient - which is pretty much the best you can ask for from this type of transaction.

Straight forward, closing. This was exactly how it should be.

The notary for the company was great, paperwork was organized, and we got through the closing easily. However, there was no communication from Freedom about the closing and they showed up a day earlier than we were told for the closing. They also requested a cashier's check and we had requested a wire of funds from the closing on a house we were selling. Luckily, my husband was home to sign and the notary was kind enough to travel to my work for me to sign. This did require moving meetings at work and adjusting. We were able to do the paperwork one day and send the wire the next. All said, we would've like the notice of the change communicated.

Brief interaction, but the woman that handled my transaction was professional, well-prepared, and very friendly.

we had 12 other lenders say no to us. Only reason for denial was due to being new 1099 vs W2. She went above and beyond to help us get a loan, knowing if I were W2 I would’ve easily qualified for a loan.

Our experience with Freedom Tittle was not good at all. From the first conversation,weI expressed we did not want an escrow account and would put enough down on the house to achieve that. Throughout the whole process we kept emphasizing this. The day before closing, final paperwork came thru with escrow account. There was also a big issue with the homeowners insurance. We have purchased 3 houses thru other tittle companies and yes, issues arise. This is the first time that we felt that our wishes and best interest were not tended to. We will absolutely not recommend Freedom Tittle.

I am happy that my company does NOT work with this title company. I am no where near finished. Regulations are in place for a reason. This company was no where near impressive and I have worked with some that are on both sides of the spectrum WHEN THERE IS A HUGE ASS ERROR 4 DAYS PRIOR TO CLOSING!!!!!! I am not done. I'm not done...

The Freedom Title group worked with our travel and schedule limitations, were very flexible and accommodating - we would recommend them to others for sure.

Easy process

The team was on time and thorough .

We had some issues with the paper work we filled out originally as some of the POA wording was off. Had to spend almost an extra hour refilling out much of the same paperwork the next day. Otherwise, they kept it very simple and easy.
