Lockamy got the job done and I'm thankful for that. I can also say the closing was pleasant. With that said, through the larger process, they seemed disorganized, they didn't spend any time walking us through the fees, one of the two receptionists is flat out rude, and finally, they're expensive. After we closed my dad found someone at nearly half the price and had a better overall experience. Again, I appreciate that we did close, but I wouldn't use them again.

This law firm was nice. The receptionist was pretty friendly, but the lawyers were much more personable. They handled closing very professionally and explained everything to us and the seller, answering all of our questions patiently and making sure we understood each cost. They were understanding about a hiccup with my name change, but still kept things rolling on the day of closing. Only thing I would complain about is they are a little expensive for something that took about an hour to do. Also, they really need a larger parking lot. They are great people and I would still recommend them.
