I have been in the industry for 12 years, the last 4 with First Arizona Title Agency. I have extensive experience in all types of transactions, however my passion is definitely residential! I love having an opportunity to play an integral part in my client’s real estate transactions and I’ve been told it shows by my always positive attitude and eagerness to provide the absolute highest level of customer service in our industry. Communication was lax at times during the Pandemic event. Kelly's voice mail was always full. She worked from home. Her assistant Kim was easier to reach for answering questions, delivering a down payment check, and always available from the office. Had extreme difficulty with Public Notary coming to our house, Lucas showed up late, not professional, never read the papers that were incorrect, and had an attitude. We asked him to leave. Lucas was replaced by Lucy Public Notary with experience, personal touch, and showed up on time.
Chicago Title Agency did their job, however, when signing final paper work, we were asked to sign a document that was not filled in with the information. When we questioned it, we were asked to just "trust" that the info would be filled out correctly.
Kelly and her team were great! Such a friendly group of people and we always knew what was going on with the sale of our home because they were so on top of it. I never had to follow-up, and they sent us all documents to sign in a quick and efficient manner which made it easy for us to sign and send back to them. Highly recommend Chicago Title.
First Arizona Title did a great job. They always answered my questions quickly and appropriately. They also executed a remote signing without any hiccups.
They did a great job with my file when an unforeseen lien showed up on the title during the sale, they helped get everything resolved and we were still able to close on time. Great job!
