We backed out of our offer for this home due to poor inspection results. We did not like the inconvenient location of this title company and dreaded having to go all the way to Renton. We were thrilled when the sellers of the home that we did finally purchase required that we use a title company (American Title) that was very close to our home. We would recommend that Redfin use title companies that are convenient to buyers/sellers. This makes a big difference in the overall experience.

Greetings! Chicago Title and Escrow Team clarified all the settlement related questions very well and also sends the approriate amount to different teams on time to make payments. Though the final documents reached Chicago Title & Escrow Team little late, they were managed to do things on their little earlier for us to meet the Closing Date on time successfully. Will look forward to work with Chicago Title and Escrow team in future.
