We worked with Guardian Escrow to purchase our new home in Seattle. Our escrow agent, Shalini Chhabra and her team guided us through the process and completed our paperwork in a timely manner. They added extra security measures when we were wiring funds, which gave us the confidence that the funds were transferred to the correct account. We had the pleasure of meeting Shalini and she was friendly and warm. She provided documentation regarding our home warranty, the names and phone numbers of the vendors and a printed copy of our escrow paperwork for our files. We were very pleased working with Shalini and the team at Guardian Escrow!
