The mechanics of actually signing and the escrow side were really smooth, but I didn't feel great about communication with the actual title team. I know title and escrow companies are always busy, but I felt out of the loop on some things that I was apparently meant to be copied on, but wasn't -- a number of title documents actually came to me directly from my agent and not from Rainier. Everything worked out, but the last few days / hours of the transaction ended up feeling rushed and unorganized.

The team at Rainier Title did a great job. I was able to get everything in writing through email / docusign during the process. They were easy to contact and communicated frequently during the purchase. I called them at one point to confirm the wire details and they were able to confirm everything before I wired over the money. I recommend working with Rainier Title during the home buying process.

I had a fast closing as part of making sure my offer was expected. While the mortgage company worked great, Rainer Title held up everything every step of the way. They were hard to communicate with, and would send multiple emails asking for different information for the same thing. Emails and calls were left unanswered or responded too. They required the walls in insurance included in their monthly payments, asking around this was not normal, and they couldn't give me an explanation as to why they required it. I would stay away from them if you possibly can.

Rainier title made things very easy for me to follow. They handled all the file signing with state-of-art online tool DocuSign to make things accessible and readily available for me to review and sign at my schedule. Rainier title also was very accommodating with the final signing appointment given our hectic travel and moving plan. Everything was properly and professionally handled. Two thumbs up.
