ServiceLink did a pretty good job handling the closing for a HomePath property. They seem to have a team dedicated to this kind of transaction, so they have a pretty good understanding of the additional complexity and paperwork. My only complaints would be that it was occasionally a bit slow/difficult to contact them, and they don't really have a good secure online document transfer system in place, so all the sensitive paperwork had to be sent over unsecured email or fax.
