I will not recommend Shannon Escrow to anyone. 1. Hard to reach. We can't reach anyone during their business hour after we wire transferred our money. Our closing date was the next day. So we didn't know if they received the funds and if we can close the next day. 2. They DIDN'T SEND ALL THE CLOSING DOCUMENT to my lender. Or they didn't print out ALL the closing documents for us to sign. Now, I need to go through an extra hassle to sign the "missing" Note (which I believed I already signed)and send it to my lender. 3. We still haven't received our closing document in our email as they promised to send it right away.
