I just couldn't leave a good review. Such a trying and frustrating time. I'm sure they have had good runs in other transactions -- I mean they have to right? My experience was just painful. Not quick in communicating back in a few instances. My questions would go unanswered when I would reach out. The personality was also not a fit - more on the abrasive side. When I went over to sign my documents I wasn't even greeted with a hello, nice to meet you. It was more of a do you have your license -- ok I'll see you in a minute (as I heard them talking about the election and non work related). Then the agent acted as though she knew me - just no connection. Disappointed since I know my realtor had recommended this group to the sellers. Wow .. I wouldn't have. We missed a deadline (and by we I mean escrow) and this WAS not communicated until after emails started flying to confirm closing. I received a call with excuses and I couldn't help my frustration and anger. While you guys could do hundreds of these, I only care about MY home buying experience and I expect that to be understood. You are after all getting PAID for this.

Very good experience with them. We worked with Stellesa and she was very helpful and communicative which is key with an escrow company.

No issues here. Their fees could be a little less.. :o)
