The process was quick and simple.

Lotus Escrow was the worst part of our entire closing process. This was our second time through escrow, and the difference between Lotus and the other escrow company (Pickford) was like night and day. The Lotus escrow agent did not seem to be well-informed and was not very transparent with the process. We went to his office to have our paperwork signed. However, because he screwed up one of the notary documents, we actually had to separately schedule another appointment with a notary to get the paperwork signed again. It was unfortunate that we had no choice in escrow company, since we were the buyers, but if we ever have to sell, we would most definitely not use Lotus.

Joann was very prompt with answering any questions or concerns that we had.

Joann and the ladies at Lotus were on top of this the entire way. They kept me in the loop, informed, and that's important because i hate surprises. This is the firm to choose should you ever be in escrow.
