The staff at regency are all great. Very helpful and responsive. I have to give them a 7 because I think it's more of their process that hinders a great review. Our escrow company we used to sell our home went the extra mile. You need the escrow company to be flexible to your schedules. We always had to go to them. Some of the many forms weren't filled in for us where as our last company not only populated the documents they digitally sent them for digital signatures. They came to our house for final signing. Just really full service. I think Regency did a good job but the service can be improved.

To be completely honest, my initial dealings with Regency were really terrible and I did not think they'd ever recover (slow responses, non-responses, etc.). However, Lynn-z and Sonia definitely showed me up later in the deal! Lynn-z was super sweet and responsive, and Sonia even stayed late at night for final signing appointment just so we could wrap everything up the weekend before our closing date. I usually do not eat my words, but I'm happy to report that in this case, I definitely did!
