Working with Federal Title was fairly seamless; I have no particular complaints!

They were a recommendation from our realtor, Claudia at Redfin. They were great! The entire staff was friendly and responsive! Connie and Evan were the two main individuals we worked with. They made us feel comfortable and secure with each transaction. They provide thorough instructions on how to wire money. Very easy to work with! Very professional and helpful! Very responsive! We even enjoyed and appreciated the welcome video! :) Closing day was exciting! We were at the new location, which was very nice and welcoming! We had a chance to meet Todd. He was very friendly and welcoming! He made us feel comfortable and reassuring! He thoroughly walked us through the paperwork and what we were signing. We were very happy! Federal Title & Escrow Company (FTEC) worked proactively to keep my closing on schedule. They have multiple offices within the DMV to host the closing which is convenient. They also walk you through each document required to close so you're aware of what you're signing. FTEC was also EXTREMELY flexible given my lender was several hours late sending my closing documents. The closing attorney stayed past closing so that I could close on my condo on the scheduled day. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them!

Federal Title was very diligent and attentive to our needs. They handled closing the best out of all the title companies we've used. Had zero issues and will use them again in the future.

Tiffany Garcia did a fantastic job in coordinating the closing appointment, keeping me apprised of all information received and still needed and facilitating all of the documentation for a very smooth closing, including preparing my D.C. homestead deduction application. In addition, the closing attorney did a very thorough and clear job walking me through all of the documents and the reconciliation of the Chase and Federal Title closing reconciliation statements - I also highly recommend their services

Federal Title and Escrow Company did a great job of getting us through the closing of our house. There were some incorrect values in the initial closing documents provided by the mortgage company, but our contact with Federal Title and Escrow Company was quick to get to the bottom of these issues and get them sorted out. As it was a stressful situation for us, it was great having someone from the title company work with us to get these issues taken care of.
