They seemed to be a fly-by-night organization; they have some kind of business arrangement with a company like Regus, whereby they pay a fee to get a room for business, and front-door service for greeting clients and answering the phones. They had numerous mistakes on some of the documents(i.e., property Address, my SSN#, whether the property was a principal residence). I felt that they could easily pack up and disappear very quickly if necessary, with the kind of business model that they have.
