Dan spent only half of the time inspecting my house. He did a bare minimum and failed to find couple of issues. He also could not test oven and some appliances (my wife did much better...). I had an experience with another inspector which did much much much better (his name is Carl) than Dan. In addition Dan spent only 5 min under my house (I went there myself and I spent there 30 minutes at least because it was pretty hard to crawl under vent pipes) he didn't notice fungus damage or pipe leakage under the house (another termite inspector did notice this stuff...) I felt like I wasted 500$ paying Dan for his 1.5 hour "work"
