The inspection went well. I was a first time buyer, so George was helpful when I asked questions. He works pretty fast. The report was very detailed. My only complaint would be that the water heater completely died literally the day after I closed. George's report specified that the life is 10-20 years. The heater itself was 10 years old. Looking back I wish George would have made it more clear about some of the things that could go wrong with the water heater so I would have been a bit more prepared perhaps. I had to spend $1,500 to replace it the week I moved in.
